The program covers the statutory Civil Liability of the insured and his dependents, from the use and operation of his facilities, in accordance with articles 914-932 of the Civil Code. for damages (bodily injuries / death / or material damages), which may be caused to third parties including moral damage and mental suffering, due to the fault of the insured and the persons he has in his service and which may occur within the period of validity of the policy insurance coverage.
