Professional Civil Liability of Security Engineers/Technicians

The insured's statutory civil liability towards third parties is covered for amounts of money that he will be obliged to pay, as compensation for third party claims that arise against him during the insurance period and that are due exclusively to the performance of his professional activities, due to errors and/or omissions of the insured or the persons in his service, as follows:

 

 

• Faulty practice of the profession,

• Negligence in project supervision,

• Loss of documents,

• Wrong professional advice,

• Errors in the calculations of a study

 

Including Legal Costs and Amounts of any Out-of-Court Settlement.
