The civil liability of the insured against third parties is covered by law, for sums of money, which he will be obliged to pay, as compensation for third party claims raised against him during the insurance period and which are due solely to the performance of professional duties of activities, due to mistakes and / or omissions of the insured or the persons he has in his service as follows:

• Loss of documents,

• Wrong professional advice,

• Omissions or deficiencies in contracts

• Defamation / slander, Breach of personal data,

• Breach of duty / breach of professional confidentiality​​

Including Court Costs and Amounts of possible Out-of-Court Settlement.
